South Africa’s leading conscious living event, the Good Life Show, returns in 2026 with an expanded focus on wellness, sustainability and global trade. Taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from May 29–31, the event promises an immersive experience for visitors while opening doors for regional brands to access international markets.
Now in its sixth year, the Good Life Show continues to attract thousands of wellness enthusiasts, industry professionals and international buyers, reinforcing its status as a premier platform for “better-for-you” living across Africa.
A celebration of conscious living
Visitors can expect a vibrant showcase of organic foods, plant-based innovations, clean beauty products and sustainable lifestyle solutions. With Cape Town named an official Host City, the event highlights the city’s growing influence as a global hub for conscious cuisine and lifestyle trends.

The show is expected to draw more than 15,000 visitors in Cape Town alone, with attendees travelling from across South Africa as well as Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Interactive experiences take centre stage
This year’s programme introduces an enhanced line-up of immersive, hands-on experiences. The Wild & Stirred Bar invites guests to discover indigenous botanicals through guided urban foraging before crafting bespoke cocktails with expert mixologists.
Complementing this, the “Learning with Liquids” Masterclasses deliver energetic, practical sessions where attendees can refine technical skills while exploring innovative, wellness-focused drinks and culinary concepts.
Star-studded culinary line-up
Food lovers will be treated to an impressive roster of culinary talent. Nigerian chef Tolani Tayo-Osikoya, widely known as Chef T, headlines alongside Food Network personality Jenny Morris.
They are joined by acclaimed chefs including Chris Erasmus, Vusi Ndlovu and Constantijn Hendricks, as well as MasterChef SA judge Peter Goffe-Wood.
Additional appearances from Luke Barry and Ashley Moss, among others, will spotlight plant-forward and health-conscious cuisine, reflecting the show’s wellness-driven ethos.
Driving global growth for local brands
Beyond its lifestyle appeal, the Good Life Show plays a key role in connecting African producers with international markets. More than 250 regional exhibitors will showcase products to buyers from countries including Japan, the United States, Germany and the UAE.
A new initiative, the 2026 B2B Global Trade Engine, introduces pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between exhibitors and global procurement leaders, creating opportunities for export growth and international partnerships.
This strategic expansion is supported by a partnership between Live Events and Ndarama Works, strengthening the show’s position as a gateway to global trade.
A platform shaping the future of wellness
With the wellness sector continuing to expand rapidly, the Good Life Show positions itself at the forefront of this movement. As the only event of its kind on the continent, it brings together conscious consumers, investors and innovators in one dynamic space.
As May approaches, the Good Life Show promises not just an engaging visitor experience, but a powerful platform where wellness, sustainability and global opportunity meet.
