Our culinary journey at Henri’s Restaurant & Wine Bar was an exploration of flavours and textures that delighted the senses. The Crispi Patagonian Calamari, a masterpiece of taste, presented a perfect balance of crunch and spice, complemented by the tangy lemon aioli and vibrant spice tomato salsa. The Beef Carpaccio, with its delicate balance of capers, red onion, and Parmesan, was an artful expression of simplicity and flavour.
The main courses further elevated the experience. The Fillet Steak, flame-grilled to tender perfection, was a showcase of the restaurant’s expertise in meat preparation. Accompanied by crispy onion rings and a choice of sides, the dish was a testament to culinary creativity. The rich, creamy béarnaise sauce added an exquisite touch. The Beef Fillet Trinchado, paired with marinated olives, creamy mashed potatoes, and crisp green beans, was a luxurious blend of flavours and textures, satisfying the most discerning palate.
For dessert, the Chocolate Fondant was a symphony of indulgence. Its molten chocolate centre, encased in a soft, cakey exterior and served with Chantilly cream, was the perfect conclusion to our gourmet adventure. This culinary journey at Henri’s was not just about the exquisite dishes, but also about the stories and craftsmanship behind each creation.
