The ever-popular and dynamic Women’s Wellness Workshop series offered by the Sports Science Institute of SA (SSISA), in partnership with FUTURELIFE® and Granny Goose, has been extremely successful! Focusing on a range of issues, challenges and opportunities faced by today’s women, the series has appealed to a wide audience.
Our final workshop – fittingly in Women’s Month, will focus on nurturing ourselves with plenty of practical advice on offer. Our SSISA experts will cover topics such as life balance and relaxation techniques (Dr Gabi Prinsloo); treating our bodies with love and respect by eating nutritional food (Shelly Meltzer) and the benefits of massage therapy (Clive Baatjes). Founder and MD of Granny Goose, Gaynor Wakely, will also share a few words of wisdom.
Hosted at the Granny Goose Sleep laboratory in Claremont, Shop 1, Montclare Place, Main Road, Claremont on Wednesday 15 August, there will be two sessions: one at 10h00 and 18h00. Please confirm which session you would like to book for when purchasing your tickets. There are only 50 tickets available per event. The entrance fee of R100 includes light refreshments, a small gift from Granny Goose, a box of FUTURELIFE® Smart Oats®, a FUTURELIFE® High Protein LITE SmartBar and a guest pass to SSISA’s Fitness Centre.
