He secured the coveted VinLog Merlot Trophy at the prestigious 2024 Michelangelo International Wine & Spirits Awards for his 2022 Vergenoegd Löw Amalie Merlot. The 2022 Amalie Merlot is a testament to Dalicuba’s dedication and the unique terroir of Vergenoegd Löw. Located just 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean in Stellenbosch, the estate’s lime-rich soils, infused with maritime fossils, contribute to the wine’s distinct elegance and depth.
