The projected growth in the coworking space is encouraging seen as the commercial real estate and co-working sector initially took a huge knock at the onset of the pandemic in early 2020. More start-ups, freelancers and SMEs which are critical to the growth and recovery of our economy, are also looking for collaborative environments that provide networking opportunities for them to grow their market share.
