In a significant development for Plettenberg Bay, the Bitou Municipality has officially announced the awarding of the Plettenberg Bay Airport development tender to rsa.AERO, the esteemed company known for its operations at the Cape Winelands airport. This decision, announced on Friday, 16 February 2024, concludes an exhaustive evaluation process and the necessary legal appeals period, marking a new chapter for the airport and the region at large.
Nick Ferguson, the Managing Director of rsa.AERO, expressed his gratitude towards the municipality for entrusting his company with this crucial project.
