The highly anticipated Pinotage & Biltong Festival is making its grand return in 2023, and South Africans are brimming with excitement! This beloved event celebrates two iconic treats that hold a special place in our country’s heritage: Pinotage wine and biltong.
The festival will take place on Saturday, July 29, and Sunday, July 30, at the picturesque Allée Bleue, between the renowned wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.
One of the main highlights of the festival is the diverse range of Pinotage wines available. Attendees can expect to sample an assortment of fizz, white, red, rosé, dry, and sweet styles of this uniquely South African varietal.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a complementary biltong flavour, enhancing the tasting experience and creating harmonious flavour combinations.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to indulge in delectable cuisine available for purchase. Adding to the festival’s vibrant atmosphere, live entertainment will be provided by Guy Feldman.
