The Lutz Family has officially sold the historic Eendracht Hotel to a respected local businessman, marking a new chapter for one of Stellenbosch’s most cherished hospitality establishments. Known for its warm Stellenbosch hospitality, rich heritage and prime location in the heart of the historic town centre, Eendracht Hotel continues to be a key destination for travellers seeking authentic local experiences.
The new owners have already begun undertaking refurbishment and upgrades aimed at enhancing guest comfort and modernising facilities while preserving the hotel’s unique heritage charm. Importantly, the Lutz Family will retain ownership of Eendracht Apartments (located nearby in Minserie Street) which will be professionally managed by the hotel team to ensure seamless guest service across the entire property.
