The IMPI Challenge is the perfect event for corporate organisations that are looking for a fun way to promote team building.
According to Karla Steyl from La Montanara, the company entered the IMPI Challenge to enjoy the event as a team. “We really enjoyed the event,” said Steyl. “The IMPI Challenge is a great team building exercise. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses. As a result we could help each other at different stages. I would definitely recommend this event to other corporate companies.”
“The obstacles challenge teams to focus and help each other. We always have a good laugh for weeks after the event.” The team from Travelstart entered the IMPI Challenge for various reasons including: team building, health, fitness and having fun with work colleagues. “The IMPI Challenge is awesome, fun and challenging,” says Royden Michael Scholtz. “Not only do you help your team members to complete the obstacles, you also offer assistance to other teams or passers-by. After the event you get to relax in the Festival Village while chatting to colleagues who aren’t necessarily in your department. It’s a professional event, an awesome social experience, makes you aware of where you are from a fitness point of view and the obstacles are awesome.”
For Massimiliano Mosca, Rialto Foods, the IMPI Challenge is a challenging, but fun experience. “We had so much fun at the IMPI Challenge in 2018, that we’ve doubled the number of entries this year,” says Mosca. We can’t wait for our first IMPI Challenge experience of 2019.”
“The IMPI Challenge is a great team building outing,” says Khakhi Diala, Spur Group. “It’s challenging, fun and fantastic to partake in. Our team actually trains together leading up to the event. Completing the challenge is a huge achievement and it feels great to be part of a team. I wasn’t fully prepared for the last IMPI Challenge. I still enjoyed it though, but will definitely be better prepared next time”.
