South African coworking trailblazer, Venture Workspace, is set to launch its latest serviced offering at Cape Town’s R4.5 billion multi-purpose Riverlands development in February 2025. The 14-hectare development offers an integrated mix of commercial and residential properties and an upmarket retail centre with riverside restaurants and coffee shops.
